All cats must have an up-to-date certificate for Infectious Feline Enteritis (Cat Flu).

Un-neutered tom cats over the age of six months will not be admitted.

All cats must be wormed and de-flead before admittance to cattery.

Please advise us of any current or recent medical treatment/illness, which may be relevant.

All cats must be well enough for boarding and will be admitted at our discretion.

Please be aware that very old cats may not be suited to cattery boarding.

Please inform us if your cat has a tendency to bite or scratch.

Please be reminded that we are closed on all bank holidays for collections and deliveries of cats.

If you have booked over a bank holiday collections and deliveries can only be made during relevant opening times.

If returning early from your holiday you will be required to pay the full boarding fee that was booked.

Rates are double for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Cancellations must be made at least 21 days before arrival date, otherwise full payment will be required. This
would be at our discretion as we realise there can be valid reasons for cancelling.

Payments by Debit Card, Credit Card or Bank Transfer are due on the first day of cat's stay.
