Just wanted to say a huge thank you for looking after Linus so well yet again! It's always obvious when we bring him home, whether after a week or two that he is so not 'traumatised' from being away! He always looks well, smells nice and though pleased to be home (as you can see) is chilled and happy. Knowing he is in such safe and caring hands always allows us to enjoy a relaxed, worry-free holiday. So, thank you to you and your fabulous team! - Annabel & Jane Leaving your cat with someone for three weeks is hard enough but when they are still recovering from an accident it's really tough. The fact that you were confident and happy to take her on, even requiring additional care and treatment is testament to your caring and professional attitude. Applying eye-drops three times daily and feeding her the vet prescribed special diet, ensuring that she ate enough even with her injured jaw proves how committed you and your team are to the care of the animals you look after. Also really appreciated your texts giving us her progress updates whilst we were away - very reassuring. - Alex, Mel, Josh & Lulu Thank you for looking after Bella again on her recent visit. I do think that maybe you look after the cats a little too well. When I approached with the basket to take her home this time she took one look at me and bolted through her cat flap out of reach! Seriously, I appreciate the care you and your excellent staff take and will be contacting you soon with some new dates for Bella. - Paula I just wanted to thank you for the care you have afforded our cat Smudge when she was staying with you. Each time she stays she is happy and content. We always have text messages from yourselves letting us know how she is getting on and she always comes home beautifully groomed. We know she has been really well cared for whilst she has been with you. Thank you for everything. - Vicki When we get Charlie we know by how great he looks and how amazingly you take care of our cat, as you do with all your animals. It means everything to go away and know he gets the best care. Thankyou so much for food you kindly let us have. We are glad we bring him to you. Look forward to seeing you soon. - Jean & Colin Thank you so much for taking such good care of our little moglets. I honestly can't think of anywhere else I'd rather leave them! She could not have been loved more while we were away and we were really glad to have found someone as lovely as you. - Andrea & Darren Thankyou very much for returning Sooty's medical card and for looking after Sooty so well last month. He was in excellent condition when we collected him and in all his sixteen years he has never returned from a cattery looking so well. - Kath & David Thankyou so much for taking care of Kiro last week while we were on holiday. He looked so happy, vclean and in good shape when he returned home. We knew our kitten was in good hands so we were thoroughly able to enjoy our holiday. - Robin & Yuki Many thanks for looking after Tooska so well. We both feel quite confident that when we go on other holidays she will enjoy her stay with you.
